Elite Clinic's IVF laboratory team has remained the same for more than 15 years – only experienced professionals. Head of Elite Clinic and IVF department Dr Andrei Sõritsa, PhD, is very experienced and well-known IVF specialist. First IVF baby in the Baltics was born in 1995 as a result of his team work. The field of infertility treatment in Estonia is regulated since 1997 by a law “Assisted Fertilization and Protection of the Embryo” and Dr A. Sõritsa was a part of a workgroup compiling the law. Main Values Personal approach Aim is to concentrate to every aspect of every client’s wishes individually to ensure high quality medical services which are provided in comfortable conditions and privacy. Quality of the service is guaranteed by modern medical technologies, highly qualified staff, years of experience and a continuous development of the staff through both international and internal conferences and trainings. Qualified staff Staff is comprised of only experienced professionals, who has an extensive scope of experience and skills along with requisite education and specialization. All the physicians have at least 15 years and laboratory and operating theaters staff at least 10 years of experience. Comfort and individuality The building is built to meet the needs of all the international standards of a private clinic. The entire treatment process takes place in the same building. Rooms are decorated so the client would feel comfortable without a sensation of the hospital environment. Customer satisfaction In order to provide the quality service and meet the customers' expectations feedback surveys are carried out and customer’s suggestions are implemented.
